POLICIES
CANCELATIONS / NO-SHOWS / LATE POLICY
To avoid the cancellation fee, please be sure to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Less than 48 hour notice and no-shows will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the hosting salon reservation plus any applicable fees. It is non-refundable and will not be applied to a future appointment.
Please reach out if you expect to be late. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule in order to avoid inconveniencing other clients and delaying other appointments.
COVID-19
A face mask that covers both the nose and mouth are required during the entirety of every appointment regardless of vaccination status. Please use one that is not bulky and loops over the ears. A disposable mask is recommended as it may get wet or stained.

VISITORS / CHILDREN
Please do not bring any visitors or children with you to your appointment (unless a minor is receiving a service and you are the accompanying guardian). This is also a requirement due to COVID-19 protocol and best practices, until further notice.

PETS
At this time, pets are not allowed at appointments to respect the host salon's space, clients, and individual policies.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS & ATTIRE
Please limit the amount of personal belongings that you bring with you to your appointment. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
I will do my absolute best to protect your attire during the appointment, but use discernment when choosing what to wear when getting a service. Color, shampoo, oils and other products will be present. I advise against wearing items such as bulky clothing with hoods, turtlenecks, or anything of important value.
